Our Basic Cleaning package is exactly what it means: you just want a quick cleanup of your home. This includes:
  • Vacuuming of floors
  • Cleaning of kitchen and bathrooms
  • Dusting of all furnitures in all rooms
  • Dusting of the inside of windows
  • Change bed sheets
What is not included: We do not touch the inside of refrigerators unless specifically request (additional fee) We do not wash carpets. Only vacuum. We do not do your laundry

Home Plus Essentials
Start Rate $170
Most homes have 2-3 bedrooms, 1-1.5 bath, a kitchen, and a living room. This package is a steal for these types of homes.

The only difference is the number of bedrooms and toilets.

Business Office Standard

Start Rate $275
This is for a commercial business with a toilet and 2-4 office rooms.

  • We will mop the floor, empty all common trash (regular trash cans). We will not touch document bins as they maybe need to be shredded.
  • We will sterilize office desks, the cafeteria, and of course the toilets.
  • We will dust and wipe all office furnitures.

NOTE
The starting basic cost can be adjusted for any special request, and can have substantial saving deduction for an annual contract for a weekly cleaning. Call us and we can discuss in detail.

Moving Cleaning

Start Rate $250
Moving out or into a new dwelling or business location can be very daunting and stressful. You want to feel that the place is “really” ready to be inhabited after many weeks or months being empty. Deep cleaning is a must.

  • Dust and clean all surfaces.
  • Vacuum and mop the floors.
  • Clean the kitchen and the bathroom thoroughly.
  • Windows and doors cleaned inside and out
  • Any appliances that were left in the home thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
  • Any furniture left behind are dusted and vacuumed.
  • Carpets shampooed or steamed (upon special request).
  • All closets and other small spaces cheacked and cleaned for any items that may have been left behind
  • Garage thoroughly cleaned
